How long have you been in business?
EDSI was founded in 1979.
What is your primary product or service?
EDSI is one of the largest DiSC distributors in the nation. We have numerous learning solutions that center on personal accountability, professionalism, management training, dealing with difficult people and many other soft skill needs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We saw the need for skill development in corporate America to develop individual contributors, managers and leaders and especially for the millennials entering the workforce.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Although off-the-shelf, we customize and blend for each audience.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our headquarters is in Centennial, CO, but because we serve a nationwide clientele we have associates in many states.

We invoice for corporate checks and EFT payments. We also accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard & Visa.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are certified (NWBOC)as a woman-owned business. Suzanne Updegraff, President, is in charge of daily operations.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:00
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
This training actually works. It reduces workplace conflict, it decreases turnover, it increases productivity. Communications are improved with managers.
