I hired father and sons to move my mother on march 15. 2008 told the lady i talked with i needed a early appt. so she book between 8-9 o'clock am which would work out good. Well nine o'clock came and no one came 10 o'clock came and no one, so i called and was told i would half to talk to the dispatcher (what a joke) he told me someone would be there around 11:00 well 11 came no one 12 came no one 1 came on one so i called again the dispatcher again said some one will be there between 1 and 3 well 3 came and no one came 4 o'clock came i called again talked to your lousy dispatcher again and was told maybe if we were lucky someone might get there by 7 or not at all, well i was in a panic my mother according to her contract sale of her home was to be out by 6:00 that evening. I was in such a panic I started to call other movers at 4:00 luckly I called reliable moving and told them that I had hired father and son and the first thing he said to me was they didn't show up or call you did they! He was right your company never showed up much LESS HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND SAY EARLY THAT DAY THEY WEREN'T GOING TO SHOW UP NOT ONE PHONE CALL ALL DAY FROM YOUR DISPATCHER (if he was in my employee he would be fired!)iT was late when reliable sent out a truck but at least they showed up, and had my mom out of her home and into her other place in 3 hours.RELIABLE DID A FANTISTIC JOB!YOUR COMPANY COULD TAKE SOME LESSONS FROM THEM.one of your ex-employees moved my mother, he told us your company over books everything and never has the courtesy to calls it's customers to let them know they just can't do the job. well hats off to reliable. they people next door to my mother is also moving, they had hired your company also but immediately cancelled with you when YOUR COMPANY NEVER BOTHERED TO SHOW UP OR CALL. SO THEY HIRED RELIABLE. SO YOUR DISPATCHER LOST 2 400.00 DOLLAR JOBS, may not seen like alot to you but were 2 customers that tell 2 people that tell 2 people get the drift! I WILL NOT RECOMMED YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE AND WILL TELL EVERYONE WHAT YOUR COMPANY AND DISPATCHER DID TO A DISABLED 78 YEAR OLD WOMAN!
HOPE YOUR COMPANY IS ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS! i put this notice on my bulletin board at work letting the employees know what your company did to my mother.
