What is your primary product or service?
We provide services designed to keep seniors living independently in their own homes. Among other programs, we offer Meals on Wheels, Homecare Services, Adult Day Service, Senior Solutions (including an emergency food bank and medical equipment lending), and RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program).
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our agency has been the primary one-stop "shop" for older adult services in the north Denver metro area for over 25 years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have three physical locations. Our main office is located at 2360 West 90th Avenue in Federal Heights. The Adult Day Service is located in Northglenn at 10190 Bannock Street, Suite 104 and our RSVP office is right next door in Suite 103. Our Aurora office is located at 12101 East 2nd Avenue, Suite 106. Our agency has experienced major growth and we are always striving to meet the needs of our expanding client base.

Main Office: Located just up the hill from Water World on West 90th Avenue between Pecos Street and Federal Blvd. We share a parking lot with the Federal Heights Police Station. Northglenn Office: Located just west of I-25; take the exit off of I-25 to 104th Avenue, go west, and turn left at the first intersection on Bannock Street (the entrance to Best Buy is located on Bannock Street). Go south past the car dealership, Sheplers, and the small pond and enter the building from the south side. Aurora: Located just past the intersection of Peoria Street and 2nd Avenue.
What type of payments do you accept?
Many services are free of charge. Our Adult Day Service and Homecare program both accept private pay and Medicaid. We also have grants from DRCOG to help pay for clients who are unable to afford our regular Homecare and Day Service rates, and a grant from Easter Seals also helps to cover clients unable to pay for Homecare services. Our Meals on Wheels program offers a private pay restaurant meal program in addition to the VOA meal program which has no payment requirement but encourages donations. Donations for all programs are always greatly appreciated.
Which areas do you service?
We serve clients primarily in Adams and north Arapahoe counties (along the I-70 corridor to Deer Trail). Some of our programs also serve clients in Jefferson and Denver counties. Cities include Federal Heights, Northglenn, Westminster, Commerce City, Broomfield (except Meals on Wheels), Brighton (except Meals on Wheels), Aurora, Bennett, Strasburg, Byers, Watkins, and Deer Trail.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The Senior Hub, Inc, is a tax-exempt 501 (c) (3) non-profit agency. We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and our daily operations are overseen by our Executive Director and Program Directors.
What are your hours of operation?
The Main Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The Adult Day Service is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. RSVP and the Aurora Office are both open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. A weekend meal delivery program is available from our Meals on Wheels program.
