How long have you been in business?
I have practiced in the Estate Planning and Elder Law area since 1994.
What is your primary product or service?
My office handles Estate Planning, Elder Law, Long Tern Care Planning and Mediation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first became interested in this area when my grand mother became ill and needed to apply for Medicaid, and when she died I handled the probate of her estate. I found the practice to deal more with people and their needs than my litigation practice ever did. I felt like I could be of service to my clients and that made a world of difference to me.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I take a very personal approach and try to cover all the bases with education and options that my clients can understand, so they can make the best decisions for their issues. I also feel very strongly about blended families' need for special planning that most practitioners never discuss.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I hove one office. However, as needed I make hospital, nursing home, assisted living and home visits to my clients.

I am located just 4 blocks north of I-25 and Colorado, one half block west of Colorado on the north side of E. Florida Avenue, across the street from the Nordstrom Rack, on the 4th floor of the Belcaro Place.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept checks and cash for payment.
Which areas do you service?
I service the Front Range and some mountain towns.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own and operate the firm.
What are your hours of operation?
Normal hours of operation are 9 am to 5 pm. I am available to work out different meeting times for unique situations, especially for emergencies.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliments I receive are: "You made the whole process easier on me", or "I am so relieved I was able to accomplish this", or "I had no idea what decisions I needed to make, I thought it was all so boiler plate I could do it on the internet."
