For over 30 years, David Bloom has provided high quality architectural design services throughout the Denver metro area and Colorado mountains. Commercial projects have included tenant improvement designs for a variety of usages as well as additions to existing structures. Working with building owners, tenants and general contractors the firm has been able to create efficient and cost-effective solutions to space planning needs. As a LEED AP, David emphasizes sustainability and environmental-conscious material and construction method selections. Clients have included professional business offices, food service facilities, retail sales outlets and daycare facilities for both children and adults. A particular specialty has been conversion of single family residences into assisted living facilities.
