How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I retired from the US Air Force after 23 years in which the last 3 years were spent in Computer use and building. I experienced the gratification of satisfied clients as I successfully troubleshot software and hardware issues for them. When I finished their issues were resolved. I tested high on my A+ Certification which supported my change in careers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I don't feel that making 6 digit income is absolutely necessary. Because I have retirement income and no overhead I am able to provide certified work for my customers at a much reduced cost.
