Tamra Hughes is a licensed EMDR therapist and trauma counselor in Centennial, Colorado providing relationship, anxiety, marriage and family counseling and anxiety therapy for couples and individuals. As an individual and family counselor in the suburbs of Denver, I provide couples counseling, individual counseling and family counseling to help people achieve greater happiness in their lives. I work with adolescents, young adults and adults. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado and have been in private practice for nearly seven years. Additionally, I have completed both Level I and Level II EMDR training for Certification as an EMDR therapist, completed 40 hours of training in Divorce and Child Custody Mediation with CDR Associates in Boulder, Colorado, and have completed the Shared Parenting Support Program training and Parenting Coordinator/Decision Maker training.
