How long have you been in business?
MOD Properties has been in business for over 6 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential Property Management.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Property Management has been a family business for 3 generations. After obtaining my real estate license I realized that I enjoyed the investment side of the business and the challenge of making a property profitable.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our service and our experience. We are problem solvers and we apply our past experience to your property to make it profitable.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently manage real estate throughout the Denver Metro Area but have just one office location in SE Denver.

4101 E. Wesley Ave. #11. Denver, CO 80222. Exit I-25 at Colorado Blvd and go south to Wesley (just past Evans). Go left on Wesley and we are in the 2nd building on the left.

Owner operated by Jason Meyer.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open M-F 8-5PM and Saturday by appointment. Closed Sunday.
