How long have you been in business?
I have been a licensed Optician for over 18 years, and in January, 2014 purchased the Best in Sight Eye Care, Thornton Practice.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer quality eye care, including annual eye exams, pre and post LASIK surgery care, diabetic and AMD care, dry and allergy eye care and so much more! In our Eye Wear and Sunglass showroom, we carry Gucci, Louie Vuitton, Ray Ban, Tag Heuer, Juicy Couture, Ferragamo, Nike, Lacoste, Jimmy Choo and over 50 other designer eye wear and sunglasses, as well as sports glasses. Our team is highly trained to ensure our Patients receive excellent customer service, and will utilize their insurance (when they have it) in the way that has the most benefit the Patient.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I wanted to give back, as our family is blessed to live in the USA. Being an Optometrist I am able to work with people, make a positive change in their lives and continue learning and growing myself.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Possibly because I have been on both sides of the exam table, and I have personally had great customer service and very poor customer service. I believe referrals to be the best way to grow my practice and this will only happen when my patients receive exemplary, personalized service. When their eye care needs are exceeded and they walk away seeing and looking their best.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At present I own Best in Sight Eye Care, Thornton at 101 West 84th Ave, Suite 240, Thornton, CO.

Best in Sight Eye Care is easily accessed from the I-25 corridor, as we are just West of I-25 on 84th Avenue, on the North side of the street. Our building is right in front of the Sportsman's Warehouse.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept most credit cards, checks, cash and even offer care credit.
Which areas do you service?
Our Patients come from North Denver, The Highlands, Sloans Lake, Boulder, Westminster, Thornton, Longmont, Fort Collins, Commerce City and so many other areas in and around Denver. We have Patients coming to us from Ken Carl, Greenwood Village and Cherry Creek, as we carry exclusive lines with- in Brands.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Michelle Mendez is the Practice Manager and Pamela Orth is our Business and Marketing Director.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 9-5.
Thursday 12-7.
Saturday - 1.
